Goal and measurement

The goal is to test the strength endurance of your back. The result you record is the number of times you can raise your legs.


Lie with your chest and tummy on the table, let your legs fall down and touch the edge of the table with your hips. Hold on to the edges of the table.


Raise and lower your legs to make a straight line with your body in the top position and slightly bend your knees in the low position. The test ends when you cannot keep your body in a straight line in the top position or you cannot perform any more repetitions.
