Goal and measurementThe goal is to test the strength endurance of arm extensors. The result you record is the number of dips done with proper form.
PositionSet the gym rings to a comfortable height (your arms might be shoulder-width apart) t. Start the test with straight arms.
ProcedureFor each dip you must have:
- your arms bent at 90° or less at the elbow in the lower position
- your arms fully straightened in the upper position
