Goal and measurement

The goal is to test the strength endurance of your back. The result you record is the time you held your legs raised and straight.


Lie with your chest and tummy on the table, let your legs fall down and touch the edge of the table with your hips. Hold on to the edges of the table.


The test begins when you raise your legs to make a straight line with your body. The test ends when you cannot keep your body in a straight line.
