Goal and measurement

The goal is to test the flexibility of the shoulders. The result you record is the distance between your knuckles.

Position

Stand with your back to your assistant and make fists.

Procedure

Move your arms to your back, one under your shoulder blade and one over, and try to touch your fists to each other in the center. Measure the distance between your knuckles.
