The goal is to test the strength endurance of some of the muscles used for heel hooks. The result you record is the time you can hold your body and leg straight while holding a heel hook.
Position
Lie on your side, lean against one of your elbows on the floor, hold one leg, supported by your heel, on the chair with the other leg straight up. Your other arm should lay along your body.
Procedure
Raise your torso to make a straight line with the supporting leg. Keep this position as long as possible. The test ends when you cannot keep your body and leg straight while holding a heel hook.
