Goal and measurement
The goal is to test the endurance of the legs. The result you record is the time you can hold the position.
Half squat leaning against the wall with your legs bent at an angle of 90°. Arms hang freely along the body and hands do not touch the wall.
The test begins upon taking the position. The test ends when you cannot keep the correct position.
